Hanyar lissafi na iyawar abinci mai gina jiki na parenteral

Abinci mai gina jiki na iyaye - yana nufin samar da sinadirai daga wajen hanji, kamar su ciki, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intra-abdominal, da dai sauransu. Babban hanya ita ce ta cikin jini, don haka abincin mahaifa kuma ana iya kiransa abinci mai gina jiki a cikin kunkuntar hankali.

(1) Rabon nitrogen mai zafi:
Gabaɗaya 150kcal: 1g N;
Lokacin da damuwa mai tsanani ya yi tsanani, ya kamata a ƙara yawan samar da nitrogen, kuma ana iya daidaita yanayin zafi-nitrogen zuwa 100kcal: 1g N don biyan bukatun tallafin rayuwa.

3. A cewar 1g glucose yana samar da adadin kuzari 4kcal, mai 1g yana samar da calories 9kcal, 1g nitrogen kuma yana samar da calories 4kcal:
Yawan sukari = 1470 ÷ 4 = 367.5g
Kiba = 630 ÷ 9 = 70g

4. Dangane da rabon zafi zuwa nitrogen: (2100 ÷ 150) × 1g N = 14g (N)
14×6.25 = 87.5g (gina jiki)
